Success!

I spent most of the day working on the 'hair' of the central face on the womandala, and then I worked on the bracelet. Now all I have to do is mount last month's and this months bracelets (thanks to Betcey at Beyond Beadery, I have my bracelet blanks). I love how this one turned out.

Sarah -- these are beautiful! I have been searching for brass blanks, too -- how do I reach Beyond Beadery?

Hey Kathy! Thanks! Beyond Beadery is online only (unless you get lucky enough to see her booth at a fair sometime). Anyway, it's http://www.beyondbeadery.com/ , Her real specialty is swarovski crystals, but she has lots of other beads and findings, too.

Womandala, what a great word!
Your beading of it lives up to its name. Kudos!

Hey, the hair turned out great. She looks wonderful. I thought your last picture looked good but now I see how much better it is finished.

Your page and bracelet are great. The face in the bracelet looks so realistic. Thank you for showing us your process. I like how the beads on the band move across in a wave.
Beautiful and Meditative.

The hair softened the face, made her look even more serene. I love this piece!
